Brief introduction
ACD-201 Sanitary remote digital pressure gauge is specially designed for food and pharmaceutical field. The gauge and process medium connecting part is all 316L stainless steel and ceramic material. The installation type adopts the process installation interface like clamps and quick chuck which meets the sanitary standard. And very suitable for CIP/SIP and external water jet cleaning operation, which solves the scaling, jams and clearing problems. It has these advantages: quick and convenient installation at technology scene, no pollution and easy to clean, safe and reliable.
ACD-201 Sanitary remote digital pressure gauge increases the remote output communication module, which has RS485 communication, USB communication and 4-20mA signal output. This gauge can communicate with computer directly under the cooperation of communication software, which has data acquisition, storage and statements processing functions. This gauge adopts the signal isolation technique to eliminate interference. The lithium battery inside can work 5~10 years continuously. The gauge can still work stable without external power because of the build-in battery, but the communication function close without external power. It has radial direction, axial direction and panel mounting ways to choose.
